Our Fun Center controller isn’t working properly, what should I do?
To troubleshoot your Fun Center featuring the Nintendo GameCube controller, please see the repair manual for additional details. If there are physical issues with your controllers (i.e. cords wearing), please call 1-877-716-8550.

I'm having trouble with my Wii Remote(s). How do I determine the issue?
Please see page 29 of the Fun Center with the Wii manual.

Our DVD player is jammed and has a disc(s) stuck inside, how do I fix it?
If your DVD player will not play movies due to a stuck disc or any error message, it will need to be sent in to Nintendo of America for servicing. Starlight will help coordinate the return order and shipping for this, please call 1-877-716-8550.

The DVD player in the Fun Center says “disc error” when I attempt to play a DVD, what should I do?
First, verify if the disc is clean and scratch free. If the problem continues, try using a newer DVD. If the problem persists, your DVD player will need to be sent to our servicing department to be fixed. Please call 1-877-716-8550 and an associate will help direct you on how where to send your DVD player to. It can take several weeks for your DVD player to be fixed and shipped back to you.

Our controllers and/or games got stolen, what can we do to get them replaced?
Please call 1-877-716-8550 for advisement on next steps.

Do the Wii Remotes have batteries inside?
No, the Wii Remotes have been modified to run off power from the Fun Center and they do not have batteries inside. Please do not attempt to remove the battery door as this may cause permanent damage to the Wii Remote(s).

How do I adjust the volume on our Fun Center model with the Wii?
Depending on when you received your Fun Center the volume buttons may be covered by the housing for the monitor. If your volume buttons are covered by the housing you can only adjust the volume via the Sharp Aquos TVTM  remote that came with your Fun Center. If you do not have this remote for any reason, you may either use a “universal” remote or call 1-877-716-8550 for assistance.

Where can I find the serial number on the Fun Center?
The serial number will be located on the lower backside of the Fun Center above the wheelbase. For the Fun Center with the Wii's, the serial number will contain eight digits and start with 08, 09, or 10 (This corresponds with the build year). For the Fun Center with the GameCube's, the serial number will start with 04, 05, or 06.

What phone number can I call if I need to speak to someone about my Fun Center unit?
You can reach a Fun Center associate during 6AM PT to 4:30PM PT at 1-877-716-8550.
