In 2009, Qdoba Mexican Grill, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, selected Starlight as its national charity partner and raised more than $115,000 in monetary contributions and in-kind donations of food and volunteer time. Qdoba has committed to raising a minimum of $50,000 again for Starlight in 2010.

Qdoba cares about its team members, guests and communities. Since opening its first restaurant in 1995, Qdoba’s team members have demonstrated a passion for giving back to guests and the communities in which Qdoba operates, and the company encourages its team members to volunteer their time and expertise to help create lasting relationships with these communities. Additionally, both Qdoba’s corporate team and its franchisees are passionate about giving back to their communities through donations of food, personal time and funds.
 
Qdoba plans to continue to raise funds for Starlight through innovative, social media-based programs that will span its more than 470 restaurants in more than 42 states. In addition to the national commitment, locally Qdoba will continue to donate food, volunteer at Starlight’s Great Escapes™ family activity events, host Hospital Happenings® events and sponsor Fun Center™ mobile entertainment units in numerous locations across the country.
