"Hey! I’m Star! I live in Indiana, and unfortunately have dealt with my own illnesses and hospitalizations. However- this is not the point of this note! I know things suck but remember- You are AMAZING!!!!! I mean seriously, the chances of you even being born are in the TRILLIONS!!!! (Or bigger I don't know I’m not a scientist) Anyway- the chances of you being born being small and it happening anyway must mean something, right? You were the chosen one! You got this Kiddo! I’m rooting for you!"

"Hey kids, my name is Dare from San Diego California. I was once really sick too with kidney disease and was on dialysis. It was a really scary time for me not knowing if i would make it. But the one thing that kept me going was the hopes and abd kindness of my friends and family. Its okay to turn to them for help or love when you need it. Make sure to remember you don’t have to be alone. Take care and I am rooting for you."

"Breathe. You are strong. You are resilient. You are steadfast. You were given this mountain to show others it can be moved. Keep on fighting little warrior."

"My name’s Riona, And I’ve faced my share of quiet storms—Not the same as yours, but enough to know

That some days are just about holding on. You are not the weight you carry, Nor the ache that lingers long—

You are every breath that rises, Every note in a quiet song. Even stars hide behind the night, But that doesn’t dim their glow—And even when you’re standing still,

You’re stronger than you know. So rest when you must, be soft, be small, There’s courage in just being here at all. And when you can’t see the light ahead,

Know you still shine, even when misled."

"You’re awesome and so, so strong!!! Keep on being your amazing, kind self! :)" - From Emily, Illinois

"Hi there, brave one. I just wanted to remind you how strong and special you are. Even when things feel tough, you are surrounded by so much love, and every day you fight with more courage than most people ever have to. It’s okay to feel tired or sad sometimes—you don’t have to be strong all the time. Just know that there are people cheering you on, thinking of you, and believing in you every single day. You are a light in this world, and you matter so much. Keep holding on to hope, and keep being you—because you are amazing just as you are." - Reio, Ohio.

"I don’t know much about you, but from what little I have heard, you seem like that moment in a song when everything builds up, the one people play on repeat a hundred times over just to feel that satisfaction again. Like the perfect combination of strength, beauty, and energy. Never give up, and keep that amazing energy up, because its clear that you were made to change the world, even if its just in one small way."

"Dear Friends,

I want you to know that you are not alone. My name is Phoenix, and I live in the United States. I understand what it’s like to face challenges because I have Neurofibromatosis type I. Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay to have tough days. Remember that your feelings are valid, and it’s perfectly fine to ask for help when you need it. You are incredibly brave for battling through your illness, and your strength inspires me!

I want you to keep shining bright, even on the hardest days. There are so many people who care about you, and together we can support each other. Keep dreaming big and never forget that you are loved just as you are. With all my support and kindness,

Phoenix"

"Hey there, brave one,

I just wanted to remind you how incredibly strong you are. Being in the hospital isn’t easy—but every day you wake up, you’re showing the world what real courage looks like. Even when things feel scary or tough, you’re not alone. There are so many people rooting for you, cheering you on, and believing in your strength—even on the days you might not feel it yourself.

It’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to feel sad sometimes. But don’t forget: you are powerful, loved, and full of fight. Keep holding on. Brighter days are coming, and you’ve got everything it takes to reach them. We’re all with you—every step of the way.

With so much love, Adonis From Hattiesburg, Mississippi
