What do I need to know before I call?
1. Please have the unit available for troubleshooting when you call. You may need keys to access the inside of the main cabinet. If you are missing the keys, we can send a replacement set.
2. Allow 10-15 minutes for the call. Some issues can be resolved quickly, but sometimes additional time is needed.
3. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message. You can expect a response within one business day.

Finding the gaming station serial number:
The serial number is found on the UL label on the back of each unit.
Wii - The UL Label is located near where the main power cord exits the unit.
Wii U - The UL label is located between the two doors on the back of the main cabinet.
Switch - The UL label is located on the back of the main cabinet in the lower right corner.
Wii U – Netflix is ending support for Wii U on June 30th.
