Meet Kyrell, 2022 Starlight Kid Ambassador
Community StoriesKyrell is your typical teenager. He loves to play video games and soccer, and his dream jobs include becoming an astronaut, a scientist, or a YouTube sensation!
In May of 2018, Kyrell was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and began undergoing treatment. He is currently in remission, having finished his treatments in September 2021.
During his stays at Advocate Children’s Hospital, Park Ridge, in Illinois, he loved using both Starlight Gowns and Starlight Gaming stations.

Kyrell is excited to join Starlight’s first-ever class of Ambassadors and share his hospital experience with Starlight programs.
