Starlight Receives 4-Star Charity Navigator Rating for a 5th year

We’re excited to announce that, for the fifth consecutive year, we have earned the coveted 4-star rating from Charity Navigator! This trusted organization evaluates and rates nonprofits. The top rating means a lot to us, as the oversight group grants four stars to nonprofit organizations “for demonstrating strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency.” 

Only 15% of the charities evaluated by Charity Navigator have received at least five consecutive 4-star evaluations (they rate more than 1.5 million charities!) - making Starlight a part of an exclusive group.

Almost 99% of funds come from contributions, gifts, and grants -- that includes donations from supporters who make individual or group contributions or host fundraisers for us.
